Shipping Information
Order Handling Time
We aim to prepare and ship your order within 2-3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Partners
- Within Sweden: We ship with PostNord as standard. You can choose DHL or Schenker at checkout if preferred.
- International Orders: DHL eCommerce is our default option, with DHL Express available for faster delivery. UPS may also be offered in certain regions.
Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. (Please note: tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear.)

Free standard shipping within Sweden on orders over 500 SEK.

Refund & Replacement Policy
Our 3D-printed products are custom-made in small batches, so all sales are final unless stated otherwise.
Return Policy:
Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
How to Exercise Your Right
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us using the Contact Us page with your order confirmation number. You must send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
- If the item is damaged during delivery, please notify us using the Contact Us Page with your order confirmation, a description of the issue. Our customer services will contact you via email, requesting pictures showing the damages.
- If a damaged item is out of stock, we'll issue either store credit, provide a replacement when restocked or issue a refund
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in the same condition as when received. This means, unused and undamaged, in original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals
- Item returned not meeting these conditions, will not be refunded
Refunds
- Approved refunds: the full amount will be paid out within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the goods unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, digital content or services once fully delivered with your consent.
- Damage caused by incorrect use or modifications is not covered.
- If your item comes unassembled, you'll find assembly instructions on the product page and on the QR code within the box.

How to Make a Claim:
- Use the "👋 Need Help?" button to get in contact with us within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage, or within 14 days of purchase for material issues.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Processing Times:
- Approved replacements: 2-3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Store credits or refunds: within 5 business days.
- Returns are only required if we specifically request them.
