Returns & Limited Warranty

Our 3D‑printed products are custom‑made in small batches. Accordingly, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Coverage

  • Shipping damage or material defect reported within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Unassembled items include assembly instructions available on the product page.
  • If a damaged item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or provide a replacement when available.
  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or exposure to unsuitable conditions is not covered.

How to Make a Claim

  • Submit a ticket via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage, or within 30 days of purchase for material defects.
  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and original packaging.
  • Please retain all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Processing Times

  • Approved replacements: dispatched within 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Store credits or refunds (where applicable): issued within 5 business days of approval.
  • Returns are only required if specifically requested. If needed, we will provide RMA instructions and a return label.
